*Normal capacity for our 2 bedroom cottages is 4 persons - sleeps 7.
*Normal capacity for our 1 bedroom cottages is 2 persons - sleeps 4.
*We do not charge extra for additional persons over normal capacity. Registered guests must have management approval prior to arrival for number of persons over normal capacity in the cottage. Management reserves the right to limit the number of persons over normal capacity.
*The charge for Pets is $5 per day - or $30 per week. Management reserves the right to limit pets to 'no more than one.'
*One fishing boat or moorage for YOUR boat included in weekly cottage rental. We cannot accommodate moorage for more than one boat per cottage without prior approval and additional cost.
*Sunset Bay is private property. Resort owners are not liable for careless injuries or loss of valuables of registered guests or visitors of registered guests.
*Above prices subject to 5.5% State Tax and 4% local room tax.
